Piedmont Tree Specialties reflects my personal
concern for the environment and the preservation of
our heritage. That's why Piedmont Tree Specialties advocates preservation of trees whenever
possible. In forests and tree plantations, trees are crops - renewable resources. In parks,
streets and yards, trees are irreplaceable monuments to our history.
The many century-old trees we enjoy in Middle Georgia are the focal points in our landscapes. They may frame a view or provide an accent color. Such trees are not easily replaced. Several generations of care are needed for a replacement tree to regain the spendor lost when an old oak or hickory is removed. That's why tree care is an investment rather than an expense.
I am so committed, personally, to the preservation and health of our trees that I share my 12 years of experience as a Certified Arborist by working with the Historic Macon Foundation and the Hay House.
